1. No Refund Policy (Non-Refundable Services):
All payments made for our services are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website Development Packages
- Logo & Graphic Design Projects
- Social Media Marketing Services
- SEO & Digital Campaigns
- Branding & Consultation Sessions
Once the payment is processed, it is understood that the client has reviewed and agreed to the service scope, pricing, and timeline.
2. Project Cancellation:
If a client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, no refund will be issued. However, depending on the stage of the project, we may deliver whatever portion of the work has been completed until that point.
3. Quality Assurance:
We strive to ensure complete client satisfaction. In case of any concern regarding the service delivered, our team will offer reasonable revisions as per the project agreement. But under no circumstances will the payment be refunded.
4. Refund Eligibility Exception (If Applicable):
In rare cases of duplicate payment or accidental overcharging, clients may contact us within 7 days with valid proof for a refund consideration. Such cases will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of Graphino Design Agency.
